I work at the intersection where climate, technology, and capital meet — not to follow trends, but to understand systems before they become obvious, regulated, or crowded.My journey started in Arequipa, Peru, where I became aware early of the tension between human progress and environmental impact.
After studying marketing, I moved to Buenos Aires, founded an events company, built it, and sold it. That first entrepreneurial experience taught me I could build something from nothing.Back in Peru, I founded Arboriza21 — a non-profit dedicated to restoring damaged ecosystems and educating new generations on environmental protection.
We planted over 100,000 native trees with local governments and universities, and educated thousands of students. Still active today. That experience grounded everything in reality: land, people, long timelines, and unintended consequences.
In parallel, I spent 12+ years in financial services — from retail banking in Peru to institutional sales in Frankfurt and quantitative finance in Zurich. I closed enterprise-level deals with hedge funds, family offices, and major European financial institutions. I learned how capital thinks — and how trust is built at scale.
Then the circle closed. I moved fully into climate-tech and carbon markets — leading business development for high-integrity carbon, biochar, water, and plastic credit projects, and securing partnerships with world-class institutions across LATAM and Europe. Since then, one question has consistently guided my work:
